from Jack T. Southard, a single adult and Janet M. Carel-s, a single adult to
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Ft. Pierce, dated August 19, 1977
filed of record August 23, 1977 and recorded in Official Records Book 273,
page 248 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is agreed and understood that upon-any default under the prior mortgage
. covering this property, such default will constitutes an automatic default _
of this-Second Purchase Money Mortgage and Mortgagee shall have the right to
make payments against prior mortgage installment and apply all such payments
