Borrower and Lender heroby expressly adopt and incorporate by roference into this Mortgage and
hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1 'G
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of moctgags
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and ~

Such provisions as are incorporated by roferonce herointo shall. be Uniform Covenants 1 through ~7 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agroe that all
roferonces to the Property. Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference herointo shall be construed to mean'the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by roferonce into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-U1~iIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows: ~ .
21. Future Advances. Upon roquest by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future. Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interost thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes aro secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orginai amount of the Note plus US ~ SON
