MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGRBBMBNT

"Bank" , and FRANK B . KAEHN and PHYLLIS KABHN . his wife, 858 S .E . Quiescent '
Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 3345x, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagors" .
WITNESSBTH
WHEREAS. Mortgagors ezecuted end delivered a note in the original prindpal
sum of 618, 750.00 m the .Bank, which note was secured by a certain mortgage tD the
Bank dated October 20, 1878, and recorded in Official Records Book 298, page 1550,

St. Lucie County, Florida. Public Records. encumbering the following-described
real property , to-wit:
Lot 13A; Block 531. of PORT ST. LUCIB SECTION 10. a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded is Plat Book 12. page 48, Public Records of St.

Lucie County , Florida:
and
WHEREAS, the unpaid principal balance of the note is now 618.750.00; and
WHBREAS , the Mortgagors have requested the Bank to extend and modify the
terms and conditions of the above-described note and mortgage; and
WHEREAS, the Bank has agreed to eztend and modify the terms and conditions
of the said note and mortgage pursuant to this Mortgage Modification Agreement.
NOW , THERBFORB , in coaeideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS (610.00)- and
~ other good and valuable vonsideration in hand paid to the Bank by the Mortgagors,
receipt of which is acknowledged, the parties hezeby agree to modify and amend
the above-described mortgage as follows:
