O R D E R
This matter came on to be heard this 29th day of
January, 1.979, pursuant to Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Production
of Documents, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is denied as to
the production of employment reports or files concerning PAUL GREEN;
Plaintiff shall have the right for additional discovery. Upon
consideration, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion is granted
as to the arrest forms relating to prostitution arrests made by
PAUL GREEN but said arrest records will be submitted in sealed.
