ORDER FOR CHANGE OF VENUE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court on the
29th day of. January, 1979, upon the Motion for Change of Venue. .
filed herein by the Defendant, RICHARD 0. FLAN. Having con-
sidered said Motion, the argument of counsel and being otherwise
duly advised in the premises, this Court finds and determines
that the venue of this cause should be properly laid in Palm
Beach County, Florida. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The Motion for Change of 'venue by the Defendant, RICHARD
0. FLAN, be and the same is hereby granted, and the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County be, and the same is hereby author-
ized and directed to transfer the court file in this cause to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for Palm Beach County, Florida,
for.-further proceedings in this cause.
2. Upon the transfer of this cause to Palm Beach County,
~ Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of $aid County be, and
the same. is hereby ordered to advise and notify the attorneys of
~ record in this cause that the court file herein has been so
transferred, and to advise said attorneys of .the name of the Judge
to which this case. has been assigned.
