LUCIE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA CASE NO: 78-871-FR - IN RE : THE MARRIAGE OF . 4 ; JOHNIE RAY CART, Husband and ; ANGELIA MARIE CART, Wife ' - - FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 30th day of January, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to-all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of~the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- - trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHNIE RAY CART and ANGELIA MARIE CART be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRADLEY CART is awarded to the husband, JOHNIE RAY CART, so long as no other person resides in the household while JOHNIE-RAY CART remains urunarried, with liberal visitation rights ~ - reserved to-ANGELIA MARIE CART. Custody of PATRICIA CART is awarded - to ANGELIA MARIE CART, so long as no other person resides in the house- hold while ANGELIA MARIE CART remains unmarried wi , th liberal visitation rights reserved to JOHNIE RAY CART. Liberal visitation shall be interpreted as at least two (2) week- ends a month, alternate holidays and one month during the summer vacation. Weekends should be arranged so that the children are together- ; at the alternate residences.
