remain unmarried, custody of the child living in said household shall
be awarded immediately to the other parent.

3. SUPPORT. Each child shall be supported by the parent having
primary custody of said child.
4. PROPERTY. By stipulation of the parties, the 1975 Dodge Dart
is awarded to the wife and the 1972 Plymouth Valiant is awarded to the
husband. The wife shall deed. her .interest in the real property described
as:
- LOTS 8, 9 and 10, BLOCK C, WHITE
CITY PLAZA SUBDIVISION, according -
- to the Plat Book on file in the
- public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, ~ .
to the husband upon receipt in cash of one-half of the equity as ~
appraised and stipulated, within a reasonable time-not to exceed sixty
(60) days. The personal property in the house shall be divided equally
with one-half of all beds, tables, chairs and dishes etc. to each party.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. Each party shall_bear his or her. own
attorney's fee and costs.
7. JURISDICTION.- Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
