The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
named personal representative and trustee. His name and address
are as set forth in Paragraph 3, and-the name and address of his .
attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition,
2, Decedent, LEWIS A. DINKINS, whose last known address
was 657 North Second Street, Lot 29, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose
age was 83 years, and whose Social Security Number was 320-32-2998,-
died on September 11, 197.8, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this Estate, their addresses-and relationships to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
