6. The value of the entire. Estate subject to administration ;
in this State does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed as follows:

9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
_of decedent other-than as set forth in Paragraph 10.~
10. -The original of the decedent's~Last Will and Testament,
. dated-July 26, -1977, subscribed by JAYNE LENMAN and RUBY QUANDT as
attesting witnesses, accompanies this Petition.
11. Decedent's Will does. not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
12. Petitioner attaches hereto an Affidavit by him, as
Trustee, together with a copy of the Trust Agreement dated July 26,
1977.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last=Will
be admitted to probate and an Order of Summary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the Estate in
accordance with the schedule set forth above.
Under penalties of perjury,-I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best. of my
knowledge and belief.
