I, LEWIS A. DINKINS, of Paris, Illinois, but living in Ft.
Pierce, Florida, make this my Will and revoke all of my former
Wills and Codicils. -

ARTICLE I
I-direct my Executor to pay out of my estate all allowed
claims and expenses of administration which may be due as the
result of my death.
ARTICLE II
i
I devise and bequeath all of the rest of my estate, real #
and personal, to my Trustee under my Trust Agreement dated the.
26th day of July, 1977, heretofore executed by me, as Donor, and
by me as Trustee, to be added by the Trustee to the trust estate
thereunder and to be held-, administered and distributed in accord-
ance with the terms and provisions of said Trust Agreement, as
-
amended or modified at any time before or after the date of this
Will. _
ARTICLE III -
I appoint Wayne S. Jones, as Executor of this Will, or if
~ he fails or ceases to act, then I appoint The Citizens National
Bank of Paris, Paris, Illinois, as Executor in his place. I direct
that no surety or other security be required on the bond of any
Executor hereof. -
ARTICLE IV
A - My Executor and his successors or other personal representa-
tives of my estate are hereby empowered without order of court,
(a) to sell at either public or private sale, the whole or any
part of my estate, real or personal, for such prices, on such
