decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. LILLY SYNDER, whose address is set forth above
is qualified under the laws of Florida to serve as personal
representative of the decedent's estate and is entitled to
preference in appointment because she is the named personal
representative under Clause FOURTH of decedent's Last Will. .

in this estate are: -

7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated -
May 20 ,1974, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner-acknowledges that she is qualified to -
act as personal representative under the laws of the State
of Florida; that she will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law, and that she hereby designates

admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent.
