- LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
- HAROLD SORO
I, HAROLD SORO, of the County of Queens, City and
State of New York, do hereby make, publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament.
FIRST:
I hereby revoke all Wills, codicils and other
testamentary dispositions by me at arty time made.
SECOND:
I direct prompt payment of all my dust debts,
i funeral and testamentary expenses.
THIRD:
1 ~ .All of my estate, both real and personal, of
every nature and kind whatsoever, and wheresoever situated, of
~ ~ which I may die seized and possessed, and to which I shall then
~ ~ be entitled, I-give, devise and bequeath to my beloved children

and step-children to be divided equally among them as follows:
BERGITH JACOBSEN STARK, RUTH JACOBSEN PAGE, JEAN HEADER, LILLY
SYNbER and OLAV SORO, per st~.rpes! and not per capita.
FOURTH:
~ I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved
daughter LILLY SYNDER as the executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament, or in the event of her disqualification, refusal to
~ act or resignation, or if she shall not survive me, I constitute
