of beginning, thence run South 02°04'47"-West parallel with the
West line of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of section 27, 373.59' to the
South line of the said section 27, thence run South 00°35'43" West
in Section 34, 1500.94'; thence run. South 89°27'30" East1206.73' to
the East line of section 34, thence continue South 89°27'30"east
into section 35, 175'; thence run south 00°40' East along city of
Ft. Pierce property line 1630.6' to the North line of section 35;
thence continue north 00°40' east into section 26, 364.16'; thence

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or

and demands whatsoever, as weU in law as in equity, of said Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel
thereof.

AND it is mutually covenanted and agreed by and between the parties hereto that specifically, but not by way of
i limitation, all gas and electric fixtures, radiators, heaters, air conditioning apparatus, engines and machinery, boilers,
ranges, elevators and motors, bath tubs, sinks, water closets, basins, pipes, faucets, and other plumbing and heating fix-
tures, mirrors, mantels, refrigerating plant and ice boxes, cooking apparatus and appurtenances, and such other gcods
and chattels and personal property as are ever furnished by a landlord in letting or operating an unfurnished building,
whether or not they are or shall be attached to said improvements, also all window screens, screen doors, storm windows
and awnings aze and shall be deemed to be fixtures and accessories to the freehold and a part of the realty as between
the parties hereto, and all persons claiming by, though or under them, and shall be deemed to be a portion of the security 4
