further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is' essential to ti,e sucessful ol,er:rtion grid manage-
ment of the Condominitnn property and is in the best interests and for tl~e benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tl,e aCoreclescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provi;Sion of said ikclar-
