see, who being .duly sworn, hereby deposes and says:

LILLIAN MARIE LIMBERIS , his wife, to CHESTER ARNOLD and SYLVIA ARNOLD, his
wife . -
2. I observed N. A. LIMBERIS place his mark upon the deed in the
appropria to place above his type-written name . ,
3 . Prior to his marking the deed with ~ his signature, the contents
were read to him in my presence and he voluntarily agreed with the ideas
expressed therein.
