me, Thelma Watley , of ~ Monteagle _ y Tennes-
see, who being duly sworn, hereby deposes and says:
1. That on the 23 day of January , 1979, I signed a deed
as a subscribing witness, conveying property from N. A. LIMBERIS and
LILLIAN MARIE LIMBERIS , his wife, to CHESTER ARNOLD and SYLVIA ARNOLD, his
wife .
2. I observed N. A. LIMBERLS place his mark upon the deed in the
appropriate place above his type-written name. #
3. Prior to his marking the deed with his signature, the contents
were read to him in my presence and he voluntarily agreed with the ideas
expressed therein.
