Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared this
- day, FRANCIS LIQiTF00T, who, being first duly sworn, says
That my name is FRANCIS LIGHTFOOT and that I am the President
of the Board of Directors of OCEANA of Hutchinson Island, Inc., a
Condominium, a corporation not for profit, organized and existing '
under the laws of the State of Florida, and that as such officer, I
am duly authorized to make this Claim of Lien.
That the aforesaid corporation is the association responsible
for the operation of OCEANA of Hutchinson Island, Inc., a Condominium,
as provided in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in 0. R. Book
245 page 65 of the public records of St. Lucie County, .
Florida. -
That this is a claim of lien for unpaid maintenance fees, locker
fees, and penalties on the unpaid maitenance fees, as provided for
in the Declaration of Condominium, as follows: -
