When Purchaser shall have performed hereunder; the Seller will at its !
expense furnish the Purchaser with an Abstract of Tttle to said land certified to date. ~
8. That time is of tfie essence of this contract; and ell covenants herein
contained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the successors.. heirs. personal repre-

9. Payments not made within 10 days of dw data will incur a $10.00 penalty.
