Trial on this cause was held on January 30, 1979 in
Fort Pierce, Florida for the purpose of determining the merits of
the Wife's Petition requesting a modification and increase in the
. Husband's Child Support payments from X35.00 to X45.00 per week.
The Court having heard the testimony of the parties and
having heard the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises it_.is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

jj 1. The Wife's prayer for an increase in weekly Child
iSupport is denied.
2. The Husband shall pay directly for such items and

~i'expenses which he feels are needed by the children in times of

~~emergency, such emergency payments need not go through the registry+
,,of the Court or to the Wife.
