Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), Coral Cove Beach, Section One (1),
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat ~ ~
- Book No. 11,- Pages 30A and 308 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, subject to all restrictions, limitations, ease-
ments, and reservations of record. Subject to taxes for the year
,
1965 and all subsequent years. -
By these presents, it is the intention of the Grantor herein to
-convey to the Grantee a plot of land 80 ft. by 120 ft. In order
- to accomplish this, a tract of land-10 ft. by 80 ft. is herewith
being conveyed to the Grantee in addition to -the lot just herein-
above conveyed. This additional tract Shall be entirely within
the following boundry lines:-
The North boundary shall be .the South lot line of said Lot 3 of
Block 2. The South boundary shall be a line parallel to and ten
feet south of the South lot line of said Lot 3 of Block 2. The
East boundary line shall be the Southerly extension of the common
lot line between Lot 2 and said Lot 3 of Block 2. The West bound-
ary line shall be the Southerly extension of the common lot line
between Lot 4 and said Lot 3 of Block 2.
