representatives of the estate of Frank E. Brewer, deceased,
motion to dismiss Counts V and VI of the second amended
complaint of Plaintiff, and the court being fully advised
in the premises, it is hereby ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants', FREDERICK E.
BREWER and KENNETH M. BREWER, motion to dismiss Counts
V and VI of the second amended complaint of Plaintiff is
hereby granted, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs shall have
twenty (20) days to amend said complaint.
