This cause coming on to be heard before me this date on ptition of j
i~l>31tNER HARTMANN joined by his wife ROSH LORRAINB HARTl~i, petitioning for a
final decree of .adoption, and it appearing to the Court that the natural father
of the minor child has sigaed-legal consent for the adoption of the minor child,
and the Court now being fully advised in the premises finds;
1. That the petitioner, i~SRNBR HA1tTMAl~N is a fit and proper person to
adopt the said minor child-named in the petition, and that the beat interest of

said minor will be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said minor is suitable for adoption by the said petitioner. ~
IT IS THBR>~ORB, UPON CONSIDERATION THEREOF:
ORDERBD AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the permanent custody of the said child kaawa as CATH>DtINB ~
L. HYDBR now in the custody of the petitioners, be and the same is hereby given
to WERNBR HARTNANN and ROSH IARRAIMB HARTMANN, his wife.
