FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION

THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and the written Recommnendation
for Adoption and Consent of the Catholic Social Services, Inc.,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are fit
and proper persons to adopt the minor child sought to be
adopted and that the best interests of the child will be
promoted by the-adoption and that the child is. suitable for
adoption by the. Petitioners, ROBERT R. LYONS and~CAROL R. LYONS,

and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the minor child known as
KRISTINE ELIZABETH LYONS is declared to be the legal child
i of the Petitioners, ROBERT R. LYONS and-CAROL R.~LYONS, by
which name she shall hereafter be known, and it is, further.

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child
~ and legal heir of the Petitioners, ROBERT R. LYONS and CAROL
~ R. LYONS, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject
to all obligations of a child born to Petitioners, ROBERT R.
