• FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION f:
This cause coming on to be heard on the lst day of
February ,1979, upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause by the Petitioners, SCOTT M. KENNEY and CATHERINE
V.. RENNEY, Husband and Wife, and the Recommendation for Adoption and
Consent by the Catholic Social Services, Inc., and the Court has de-
termined that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the
minor child, namely, CARA LYNN RENNEY, and that the best interests
of the child wi-11 be prompted by the adoption,- and the child is suit-
able for adoption by the Petitioners, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor•child CARA LYNN KENNEY, is
declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, and is hereby given

the name of CARA LYNN RENNEY, by which she shall hereafter be known;
that said child, upon entry hereof, is and shall hereafter be the
legal heir of the Petitioners, SCOTT M. KENNEY and CATHERINE V. KENNEY,
and entitled to all rights and privileges and subject to obligations

the same as though she were a natural born child of the Petitioners.
