3) The Husband is entitled~'to all of his personal pro-
party as determined by the parties during the final hearing and
recorded by their respective counsel. This includes his tools
and a T.V. set and in turn, the Husband shall return to the Wife
all personal property as agreed to between the parties and re-
corded by their respective counsel.
It is thereforet
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

That the Property Settlement Agreement entered into by
the parties and dated March 27, 1978, is hereby approved, rati-
fied, confirmed and incorporated into this Final Judgment by
reference, made a part hereof and the parties are ordered to com-
• ply with it's provisions.

That the Clerks of the Circuit Courts of St. Lucie County
and Collier County, Florida are. directed to cancel and vacate any
Lis Pendens filed against the following described property by the
Petitioner, WILLIAM GABLE, and the same shall be of no further _
force and effect as regards the following described property,

Lot 5, Block 3056, Section 44, PORT ST.
LUCIE, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as the
said property.it titled in Flory, Inc.;
-and-
Lot 5, Block 322, of MARKO BEACH UNIT
• NINE,~a subdivision, according to the
Plat thereof and recorded in Plat Book
6, Pages 69-73, of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida.

That the Respondent, NANCY GABLE, shall have the option
to keep the stereo set and it's component parts and records and.
in so doing shall pay to the Petitioner the sum of $200.00 therefor,
s or in the alternative, she shall return same to Petitioner, and
the same shall be accomplished thirty (30) days from the date
hereof.
