THIS INDENTURB made and entered into on this Za~

LYNN S. McCARTY, his wife, Grantors, and R. C. SLOAN and JEANNE A. SLOAN,

WHEREAS, the Grantors are seized in fee simple and in
possession of lands lying in Section 29, Towaship 35 South, Range, 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Grantees are seized in fee simple of a parcel
of land near the land of Grantors, and
WHEREAS, Grantors have agreed, in consideration of the
sum of Ten (S10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to
grant to Grantees all other persons claiming by, through or under Grantees;
their-predecessors in title or their heirs, assigns or legal representatives
by virtue of any deeds of conveyances describing land located in Section 29,.

right-of-way over the land described below, for the purposes and in the manner
expressed below:

That in pursuance of this agreement and in consideration

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantors grant unto Grantees, their
heirs and assigns, and to all other likely situated as above described, and their
