County, Florida, meander Westerly approximately
340 feet more or leas along the South 30 feet of the
W 1/2 of the W 1/2 of the SB 1/4 pf the NW 1/4 of
Section 29, Township 3S South, Range 40 Bast, thence
~a similar easement lying and being ten feet on each .
side of the following described center line;
From the Southeast corner of the SB 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range
- 40 Bast, St. Lucie County, Florida, run'West along
the quarter section line ten feet to the point of
beginning; thence run North parallel with the Bast
line of the aforesaid S8 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 a distance of 94.49 feet; thence on an eagle

South to West run Northwesterly a distance of 36.28
feet; thence on an angle of 133 degrees 53 minutes

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right-of-way hereby granted unto Grantees,
- their heirs and assigns and those likely situated as described above, and their

heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to the land of the Grantees and those likely
sit_uated and every part of it.
It is understood that the easement is given upon the express
understanding and condition that it may be used. by Grantors, their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns in conjunction with the use of Grantees,
~ their heirs and assigns and other likely situated and their heirs and assigns.-
- It is understood and agreed that the Grantors are not
responsible for maintenance of this easement.
