have remised, released, and forever quit claimed, and do by these Presents, for ourselves -

CLAIM unto the said Releasce CLIFFORD M. STORY, his -
- heirs and assigns forever, all such right and title as we the said STEPHEN M.
HOWELL and WALTRAUD E . HOWELL have or ought to have in or to
the following described land situate, lying and being in City of_

a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,.

Being the same premises conveyed to these Releasors by Warranty Deed
