S. The motion by the Defendants to abate entry of
final judgment in this action is denied.
6. Jurisdiction is-reserved to tax costs at a later
date upon proper motion, and it -is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, DAVID V.
MAINVILLE, recover from the Defendant:, JOE FORD, the
sum of $88,000.00 for all of which let execution issue
upon expiration of the time for filing a petition for
rehearing or upon an order being entered denying such
petition in the event same is,~fii~led.
