THIS CAUSE came 'on for hearing upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment and the Court finding from .
the pleadings and proofs filed herein, and from the Clerk's
deed, duly recorded in O.R. Book 298, Page 1229, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, that the Plaintiff has a right
superior to all other claims and to the claims of the Defen-

dants or anyone claiming by, through or under said Defendants;
that the Plaintiff has remained in undisturbed possession and
as paid the taxes upon said property, has exercised his
fight of ownership in fee simple as to the said property and
