be and the same is hereby confirmed in the Plaintiff, RONALD
R. AL'BERTS, and that the Defendants and all claims by,through
or under them be and the same are forever barred and fore-
closed as to any right, title, interest, claim, demand or
equity of redemption, as to said property and the premises
and each part and parcel thereof and for all of which the
said title in the said property is quieted in the Plaintiff -
and confirmed against the said Defendants or such persons as _
claim by, through or under them and that the said Defendants
are forever enjoined and restrained from setting up, attemptin
to set up, asserting or attempting to assert any right,title
or claim against the title of said Plaintiff whose fee simple.
title is hereby quieted.
