to Strike filed herein by the Plaintiff, and the Court having
.considered the same hearing the arguments of counsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the°premises, it is.hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Affirmative Defense I.is stricken, with leave to amend
so as to separate the two affirmative defenses raised therein,
and a copy of the Judgment to be attached;
2. Affirmative Defense no. 2 is stricken with leave to
amend so. as to state whether the alleged. stipulation be oral
or written and whether or not the same be available to the

Defendants;
3. The Defendants shall have ten (10) days from the date
hereof in which to amend.
