ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE AND MOTION-FOR CONTINUANCE
This cause came on for hearing before me on January 29,
1979, on plaintiff's Motion for Continuance and for Pre-trial
Conference and the parties having exhibited to each other
exhibits proposed to be introduced at trial according to their
respective pre-trial statements and the Court having considered
plaintiff's Motion for Continuance, an_d the Court having con-
sidered the Motion in Limine filed by defendant, HAMILTON, and
Motion to Limit filed by defendant, ST. LUCIE GROVES INVESTMENTS,
~ LTD., and the Court having considered argument by counsel for
arties on all-of these matters and the Court being fully

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
