2. The parties shall notify each other in writing of
any objections, other than relevancy and materiality, to the
exhibits listed by each of the parties in their pre-trial
statements within 35 days of the date hereof and such ob-
jections shall be set for hearing before the Court prior to
trial.
3. As to the assessor's map and drainage district map
listed by plaintiff as exhibits, the same, if offered, shall
have deleted thereon any indications to rights-of-way for roads
or canals which no longer exist.
4. Within 35 days of the date hereof, the plaintiff shall
notify defendant as to whether or not plaintiff will furnish
alternate access to defendant's Westerly remainders or elect to
try the same as land locked, and if alternate .access is to be
provided, the details as to location and means of furnishing
access shall be furnished within that time.
5. The appraisal witness for the plaintiff shall complete.
his appraisal within 45 days of the date hereof and thereafter
-be prepared to testify by deposition as to all facts and matters
as to which he intends to testify at trial.
6. The plaintiff may withdraw from the Court records that
j certain large aerial photograph admitted at the trial of the
€ declaratory judgment portion of this action.
7. If any party selects additional expert appraisal wit-
r nesses for the trial of this cause, immediate notification thereof
shall be given to the adverse party. The witness list may be
supplemented at any time prior to 10 days before trial.
8. The Motion in Limine by the defendant, HAMILTON, is
granted and the plaintiff and its witnesses shall make no
reference in the presence of the jury to the fact that the
