defendant, HAMILTON, formerly owned an undivided 1/2 interest in
certain property lying North of the property presently owned by
said defendant.
9. The Motion to Limit filed by defendant, ST. LUCIE GROVES
INVESTMENTS, LTD., is granted and the plaintiff and its witnesses
shall make'no reference in the presence of the jury to the fact .
that said defendant has sold a portion of its remainder property,
subsequent to the date of taking herein; further the plaintiff
and its witnesses shall make no reference to future access
being provided to the remainder parcels.without'first giving
notice of the intent to offer-such evidence and having a hearing
on the admissibility thereof before the Court.
10. The decision of this Court to grant plaintiff a 60
day continuance has rendered paragraph 3 of the Court's Order of
January 9, 1979, moot and the same is therefore withdrawn. -
