THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE, made and executed this
day of February, 1979, by THEODORE A. GREGORY and RULY E. GREGORY,
his wife,. hereinafter called the Mortgagors, and ~JENSEN LEACH BANK, a .
Florida Banking Corporation, hereinafter called the Mortgagee:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagors and the Mortgagee desire that the
mortgage by the Mortgagors to the Mortgagee in the amount of $35, 000.00
dated ranua.ry 4, 1979,- recorded January 5, 1979, in Official Records Book
301 at Page ll2 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be
modified:
• THEREFORE, the mortgage payments are modified as follows:
The principal sum of $ 7, 393.51 together with interest at the rate of
10~ per annum is payable at $ 238.92 per month, the first such monthly
installment shall become due March 6, 1979 and a like sum on the same day of
each and every month until the entire principal and all accrued interest shall
have been paid in full.
All other parts of this mortgage are ratified and to remain in effect _

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagors and Mortgagee have
