(22) Notices given hereunder shall be sent by certified mail, unless otherwise required by law, and address, unless and
until some other address p designated in a nods so given, in the case of the Government to Farmers Home Administration at -
Gainesville, Fkxida 3260, and in the case of Borrower to him at the address shown in the Farmers Home Adminiaration .
Finance Office records (which normally will be the same ss the post office address showq above).
(23) Borrower wiU at all times properly. fertilize, cultivate. care for, and maintain in a productivt condition all the grove
and orchard trees now on the property or hereak~er planted thereon, and will protect the groves and orchards against lou or
damage by fire by making and maintain' proper firebreaks on and wound the properc , to the satisfaction of tfie Government,
and in the event Borrower fails so to do, the Government is hereby authorized and smpovrared to enter in and upon the
premises and to fertilize, cultivate, care for, and place in a productive condition the groves and orchards and make and maintain
firebreaks on and around the same and the cost and exptnse thereof shall be paid by Borrower immediately upon presentation
of an itemized st}cement thereof and if not so paid same may be paid by the Government, in accordance with and subject to
the provisions of this mortgage; and Borrower will not top-work the grove or orchard tree: without first obtaining the written
consent of the Government.
(24) If any provision of this instrument or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such
invalidity will not affect other provisions or applications of the instrument which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to that end the provisions hereof are declared to be severable.
