ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard Kpon the Husband's Petition
for Modification, upon the Court hearing testimony in open Court
and argument of Counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1. FINDINGS. The Court finds that both parents are concerned
about the health, well being and interests of the two minor children
of the parties, .DAVID SMITH and VALERIE SMITH. The Court further
finds that upon the evidence, there has not been a sufficient change
in circumstances to k~arrant or support modification of the final
judgment with regard to the permanent custody of the children. -
2. PERMANENT CUSTODY. Thereupon, the Court denies the
~ Husband's Ylotion for Modification of the Permanent Custody Status of
the two minor children of the parties, VALERIE SMITH and DAVID S2~lITH.
3. VISITATION. The Court having found that a liberalization
of the visitation proceedings will be in the best interest of the
children, the Court orders a modification of the visitation rights
as follows: -
a. The Husband shall have the .right to have the two
minor children of the parties visit with him on the first and third
t weekends of each month. The Husband shall pick up the children
