at 5 p.m. on the Friday of each such weekend and shall return them
at 6 p.m. on Sunday of each such weekend.
b. The Husband shall have the right to visitation with the
minor children of the parties on alternating school vacation holidays.
The vacation holidays are Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During
1979 and each odd numbered year thereafter, the wife shall have the
right to have the children .with her on Easter and Christmas while
the husband shall have the right to have the children with him on
Thanksgiving. During 1980 and each successive even numbered year
the husband shall have the. right to have the children with him on
Easter and Christmas and the wife shall have the right to have the
children with her. on Thanksgivingg.
c. The Husband shall have the right to have the children
visit with him during the summer vacation from the day that school -
lets out in June until August 1 of each year. .
4. TEMPORARY CUSTODY. The Court finds that it is in the best
interest of VALERIE SMITH that she be in the custody of her father,
FRANK R. SMITH,~until August 15, 1979. It is thereupon ordered that
the husband has custody of VALERIE SMITH until August 15, 1979, at
which time she will be returned to the permanent custody-of the mother.
During the period of temporary custody, the wife shall be entitled to
have VALERIE SMITH visit with her on the first and third weekends of
~ each month from 5 p.m. on Friday of said weekends until 6 p.m. on
Sunday of said weekends. The husband's obligation to pay child support
for VALERIE SMITH shall abate during the period of temporary custody
as set out herein.
5. ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay
NORMAN L. PAXTON, JR., Esquire, the sum of $100 for the Wife's
attorney's fees incurred herein. ~ ~ z'
