each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to '
keep the Clerk, of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this ordex is in effect.
4. MARITAL HOME. The Court hereby determines and finds
a.
that LAVERNE PROCTOR has a special equity in the Husband's interest ,
in the marital home which is owned by the parties as tenants by the
entirities. The Wife, LAVERNE PROCTOR, is hereby awarded GEORGE
-PROCTOR'S interest in said marital residence,. more particularly
described as: - -
- - The South 15 feet of Lot 14, all of Lot 15,
Block 5, Wilbuwe Subdivision, according to `
_ Plat on file in Plat Book 6, Page 24, of the
- Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Husband, GEORGE PROCTOR, shall and he is hereby ordered
to execute and deliver a Quit Claim conveying all right,~title, and
interest he may have in the above-described property to the Wife,
LAVERNE PROCTOR, within .ten days of the date of this Order.
5. COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby
ordered to pay the Wife'.s attorney, OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN, Post Office
Box 4341, Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of $ towards attorney's
fees. He is further ordered to pay costs in the amount of $37.50
to said attorney. The said sum shall be paid directly to the Wife's -
attorney at the address given above.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of any
future pleading to the address required to be supplied to the Clerk of

the Circuit Court as outlined above. Should jurisdiction be invoked
in this matter, this pleading shall be mailed by Certified Mail, Return
Receipt Requested, Addressee Only, to the opposing party; and which
F shall allow 40 days from the mailing date thereof in which to file a
responsive pleading.- _ -
