ORDER -
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Motion
to Modify Final Judgment filed by the Mother, ELIZABETH BRANDON,
and the Court having reviewed-the Agreement dated January 31', 1979,
wherein both parties submitted to the jurisdiction of this Court and
otherwise stipulated to the terms therein, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment dated October
31, 1978 and the Property Settlement Agreement incorporated therein
shall and they are hereby modified by. the Agreement of January 31,
1979, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. All
other provisions and terms of said Final Judgment and the Property
Settlement Agreement incorporated therein not inconsistant with the
Agreement of January 31, 1979, shall remain in full force and effect.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
