This cause came on for trial the 6th day of Fe ruary, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
-and subject matter of this suit, that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties, and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is, thereupon, .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MITCHELL
L. CLEVELAND and CANDACE CLEVELAND be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
-from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MITCHELL L. CLEVELAND, JR.,
- CHRISTINA M. CLEVELAND and CASSANDRA A. CLEVELAND, the minor child-
ren of the parties, is hereby awarded to MITCHELL L. CLEVELAND, with

reasonable visitation rights reserved to CANDACE CLEVELAND.
~ 3. INCORPORATION OF STIPULATION. The Stipulation and
Agreement dated January 9, 1979, between the Husband, MITCHELL L.
f
CLEVELAND, and the Wife, CANDACE CLEVELAND, consisting of five (5) i
pages, is hereby incorporated in this Final Judgment as if set
out in full herein. The parties are hereby ordered to comply with
the terms of said Stipulation and Agreement.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties f
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
