HELEN CLAIR PARKS,

ORDER
This Cause coming on upon the Wife's Petition Supplemental,
and upon testimony in open court, and upon admissions by the Husband,_
and agreements entered into between the parties, it is
ORDERED
1. That a final judgment shal-1 issue in favor of HELEN
CLAIRE BRINKMAN,~formerly HELEN CLAIRE PARKS, against JESSE~J. PARRS
for the principal sum of $1,000, plus interest at the legal rate
accruing since June 8, 1977, plus costs in the amount of $7'.50.
2. That pursuant to the agreement of the parties, JESSE
J. PARKS is to pay to HELEN CLAIRE BRINKMAN the sum of $100 on
the date of the hearing and is to pay her $100 per month on the

5th day of each month thereafter until the total amount of the
judgment is satisfied. For so long as JESSE J. PARKS is current
under this payment schedule, HELEN CLAIRE BRINKMAN has agreed to
forego the recording and execution upon said final judgment.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of February, 1979.
