- ORDER-
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 6th day of February,
1979, upon the Motion for Rehearing or New Trial filed by the.
.Husband, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the reference in the first paragraph of the
Amended Order previously entered by this Court on January 18,
1979, which says:
"...and that said Husband does not come
into this Court with clean hands..." -
be and the same is hereby striken.
(2) That the Motion.for Rehearing or New Trial, be and

f the same is hereby denied.

(3) That this Court retains jurisdiction over the subject
matter, over the parties, and specifically over the children of
the parties, to this action, for any Order which it-might enter
in the future.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
