ORDER ~
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court on the 1st
day of February, 1979, upon the Husband's Motion for Rehearing
and Supplement to Motion for Rehearing. Having considered said
Motion and the Supplement to said Motion, the evidence presented,
the argument of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Motion for Rehearing and Supplement to Motion for
Rehearing be, and the same are hereby denied.
2. The Husband be, and is hereby ordered and directed to
commence paying the attorney's fees described in paragraph 5 of
the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage entered in this
t cause on November 27, 1978, on the 15th day of February, 1979.,
and continuing .thereafter from month to month as described in
~ ~ said Final Judgment.
3. Supersedes on the attorneys'~fees awarded in said Final
Judgment be, and the same is hereby set at $12,500.00.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort_Pierce, St. Lucie County,
