his cause cane on for trial the 6th day of Febansaty, 1979, and the Clcurt-
havirig gives full vor~ideration. ~ all the evidence, finds and determines : his
Qourt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the.,parties; and the marriage
between the parties is irretrievataly broken and shoiild be dissolved. It is thereupon

1. DISSOIITIZCN CF M~4R12IAGE: The marriage between ALBERT NOAH WILLIANS and
CDII~ M. WILLIAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of then are hereby forever freed fran the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and fray the obligations arising therefrom.
2. S(~PORT AND PKJPEEa'X: The Separation and Support Agreanent admitted into.
evidence is- hernby inoo~rporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
oatQly with the provisions thereof . - -
3. G ORDER: -Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or anr~oyinq, the other.
4. -FEES AMID 006'I5: She court determines the sum of $400.00 to be reasonable -
