I, THEODORE J. KAEMPFER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Test-
~ament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
I I .
I devise the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($2,500.00)to my daughter, MILDRED BARKER, Lombard, Illinois, should
she survive me.
III.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both
real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or hereafter
acquired by me, I devise to my son', ROBERT KAEMPFER, 1930 S.W. 70th
Avenue, Plantation, Florida, 33314, if living, and if not, in -equal
shares to his then living children.
