LAST WILL AND TESTAIrII:NT
OF
ROBERT I$8 I~EN
I, ROBERT LSE I~EN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do_make, publish and.
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise
and bequeath all of the property, both real or personal, of which I

may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable.
SECOND: It is my intent that any savings certificates or savings
accounts in which I have an interest jointly with any other person,
shall belong to the other person if that person survives me. I state
this not because these. accounts would pass-under .this my Last Will and
Testament, but in order to eliminate any-question as to my intent.
In the event any of the persons named on joint accounts with me
fail to survive me, I give, devise and bequeath the proceeds of that
account, if any are remaining, to the husband or wife, if any, of the
party predeceasing me. -
I THIRD: Subject to the above clause, I hereby give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, whether
real, personal, or mixed, unto my Sister, CORNELIA I~EN, to have and ~
to hold unto herself absolutely and forever.

FOURTH: In the event my Sister, CORNELIA I~EN, fails to survive _
me by thirty (30) days, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue, and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal, or mixed,
unto MINNIE LEE PADGETT, DOROTHY LEE, JACK LOWRY, MAURICE SUTTON, WADE
SHEFFIELD, BESSIE L. WISE, ROBERT F. LOWRY, ESTSBR M. SF~FFIELD, W. E.

SHEFFIELD, J. D. SHEFFIELD, ALICE S. DUNCAN, DOUGLAS E. LOWRY, WILBUR
LAW, and CONNIE DEVANE FREE, or the survivors thereof, to have and to
hold unto themselves absolutely and forever, in equal shares, share and
share alike. -
