recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit coact of the county in which the Property is located and i
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows:

Such provisions , as are incorporated by ref~^enca hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and Z3 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of f
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender f
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ~ ~ i
ADDITIONAL .NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, .at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured. by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said }
notes are secured hereby. At no-time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secwced by this Mott
