Further, grantee, his heirs,-executors and assiggns
i agree and covenant that he will not place or main-
s! tain any obstructions; seawalls, bulkheads, piles,
fill or any hazards to navigation upon any part of the
said North. 25 feet of the above described property
and Indian River Minerals, Inc., its successors and
assigns, shall have the perpetual right to enter upon
said North 25 feet of the above described property
for the purpose of clearing, restoration, deepening,
maintenance and operation of said water navigation
channel.
